About the Role We're hiring a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician to support residential apartment communities in Bucks County. You'll complete work orders, perform repairs, assist with turnovers, and keep the properties running smoothly. This is a stable, full-time role with consistent hours, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth. What You'll Do Complete work orders: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair Perform routine and preventive maintenance Prepare vacant apartments for move-in (turns/make-readies) Assist with inspections and follow-up repairs Respond to emergency on-call situations (rotating schedule) Maintain tools, supplies, and company equipment Help with snow removal and seasonal tasks Provide great customer service to residents What You Bring 1+ year of apartment or residential maintenance experience Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair Ability to manage work orders and prioritize tasks Strong problem-solving and communication skills Valid driver's license + reliable transportation HVAC certification a plus (not required) Compensation & Benefits $21-$24/hr (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off + holidays Tuition reimbursement Stable full-time schedule Growth opportunities within the company Apply Today If you're a reliable maintenance professional looking for steady work, a strong team, and room to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
