As a Renovation Specialist, you'll help transform apartments, cottages, and carriage houses into beautiful spaces ready for new residents. What You'll Do Interior Demolition Removal of flooring Framing Finish Carpentry installation of interior and exterior trims Drywall repair, install, finish Light Painting and finishing Installation of interior doors Removal and Installation of door locksets and hardware Installation of cabinets Installation, removal of appliances Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Working knowledge of Outlets, switches, breakers and electrical wiring Basic plumbing removal and reconnects of toilets, sinks, baths, faucets and laundry HVAC components replacement/installation What We're Looking For H.S graduate or equivalent preferred. Three or more years' experience in professional renovations (general installation (lights, kitchen, plumbing, and framing) Valid PA driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and with others as assigned. Must be organized & able to prioritize deadlines. Must be able to successfully pass background check and drug screen Additional Information This position is full-time Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm!
