Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on gas fireplaces to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair issues related to gas fireplace systems and components. Install and replace gas fireplace units and accessories as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering solutions. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used. Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations during all service calls. Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies related to gas fireplaces.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in gas fireplace maintenance or related field. Valid gas technician license or certification preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
