  • Full-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; Mon-Fri; 11p-7am
Starting Pay:
$17 .25 /hour

The Floor Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and servicing tasks in all areas and buildings. Provides housekeeping and building services for the efficient, clean, comfortable and safe operation of all departments. This role must maintain all flooring in the facilities and have the knowledge and ability to operate floor maintenance equipment, including buffer, extractor and scrubber. Waxes floors as assigned. Requirements for the
Floor Maintenance Technician :
Have 1 year of relevant experience. 1 year working autonomously preferred. Strong attention to detail Ability to effectively interact with residents and team members APPLY today ; make a difference every day !
