What You'll Actually Be Working On Your typical day will include a variety of maintenance responsibilities, including: Plumbing repairs and fixture replacements Garbage disposal repairs and replacements Appliance troubleshooting and repairs Minor electrical and drywall repairs Preventive maintenance General service requests Apartment turns (typically 2-4 per month) Assisting with seasonal snow removal as needed Large renovation projects and grounds maintenance are handled separately, allowing you to focus on day-to-day maintenance and resident service.
