Apartment Maintenance Technician Phoenixville, PA $23.00-$25.00/hour (Based on Experience) Monthly Bonus Opportunities + 20% Housing Discount Looking for a Maintenance Role Where You Can Actually Enjoy Coming to Work? If you're an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician —or you're a strong Make-Ready Technician, Residential Maintenance Technician, Hotel Maintenance Technician, or Facilities Technician ready to step into a full Maintenance Technician role—we'd like to talk with you. We're hiring for a direct-hire opportunity with a professionally managed apartment community in Phoenixville. What You'll Actually Be Working On Your typical day will include a variety of maintenance responsibilities, including: Plumbing repairs and fixture replacements Garbage disposal repairs and replacements Appliance troubleshooting and repairs Minor electrical and drywall repairs Preventive maintenance General service requests Apartment turns (typically 2-4 per month) Assisting with seasonal snow removal as needed Large renovation projects and grounds maintenance are handled separately, allowing you to focus on day-to-day maintenance and resident service. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who already has a solid maintenance foundation and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Ideal experience includes:
Apartment Maintenance Make-Ready Technician looking to advance Residential Maintenance Hotel/Hospitality Maintenance Facilities Maintenance General Maintenance You should also have: At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience Experience with plumbing, appliances, drywall, and general repairs Strong troubleshooting skills A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Your own basic hand tools
EPA/HVAC
certification is a plus but not required.
