What You'll Do at Vincentian Working with our maintenance team, you'll assist with routine maintenance and repair duties of all facility mechanical and electrical systems and equipment in and around the facility. This can include communication systems, domestic water and waste systems, medical gas and vacuum systems, lighting and electricity systems, and more - as well as being responsible for maintaining and checking all life safety equipment. You'll also perform carpentry activities, operate all components of the utility systems, and establish and maintain good working rapport and cooperation with our clinical teams and other caregivers. You may also perform landscaping, grounds maintenance and other outdoor/indoor duties as assigned. About You Our General Maintenance Technician must meet the following requirements: High School graduate or equivalent required. Current/valid driver's license required. Minimum of three years of experience in various maintenance trades preferred, or recent trade/vocational school graduate.
