Facilities & Maintenance Technician (Full-Time) Bob Weaver Auto | Pottsville, PA Bob Weaver Auto is looking for a dependable, hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Technician to help maintain our dealership buildings and grounds. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong handyman skills who enjoys a variety of repair and maintenance projects. What You'll Do
Perform general building maintenance and repairs
Complete painting, drywall patching, and facility touch-ups
Repair doors, locks, shelving, cabinets, and other building fixtures
Replace lighting, ceiling tiles, and basic hardware
Perform minor plumbing and basic electrical repairs (within experience level)
Install signage, shelving, and other facility improvements
Maintain dealership grounds including mowing, trimming, seasonal cleanup, and snow removal
Pressure wash sidewalks, service lanes, and exterior areas
Help keep the dealership clean, safe, and well-maintained
What We're Looking For
Experience with general building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or handyman work
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Requirements
Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working outdoors
