$29/hour We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support automated equipment and robotic systems inside a modern fulfillment and distribution environment. This position focuses on troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving advanced industrial systems that keep operations running efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair robotic and automated equipment Maintain conveyors, motors, sensors, drives, and related systems Complete preventive and corrective maintenance tasks Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Record maintenance activity in a CMMS system Assist with equipment reliability and process improvement efforts Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards Equipment & Systems Conveyor and material handling equipment Robotic automation systems PLC-controlled machinery Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) Industrial sensors and controls Pneumatic systems and safety devices Compensation & Benefits $29/hour Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and paid time off Paid parental leave Pet insurance options Qualifications High school diploma or GED required At least 1 year of industrial maintenance or automation experience Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience Ability to read schematics and equipment drawings Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights when needed Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Preferred Qualifications Technical degree in mechatronics, robotics, electrical technology, or related field 2+ years of experience with automated or robotic equipment Experience working with PLCs, VFDs, or industrial sensors Experience using CMMS maintenance software
