We are growing! Admiral Management Services is hiring in our maintenance department. Good customer service skills and professional appearance are required. The Maintenance I position will work directly with the Property Manager in order to keep the buildings/apartments and offices in good, clean and safe working order.

Required Skills:

Broad construction knowledge, light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, spackling, painting janitorial skills. Ability to work independently, organizational skills, ability to prioritize, excellent multi tasking and customer service skills. Must be able to push, pull and lift 50 pounds. Transportation required.

Preferred Skills:

Computer knowledge, internet experience

Required Experience:

1years+ as maintenance employee Attention to detail and a high expectation is required. Room for advancement for the right candidate.
