Job Description

Opportunity:

Maintenance Supervisor Manage general and preventative maintenance functions to ensure guest service and sustainability standards are achieved and maintained throughout the hotel structure. Essential Job Functions Conduct room inspections, and identify repair needs. Install, replace, and program televisions. Perform minor plumbing functions. Maintain repair and preventive maintenance records. Guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction. Perform other duties as requested by General Manager. Position Requirements Work schedule normally Mon-Fri 7-3 or 8-4.
