Rate - $24.00/hr
Requirements Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Required Skills & Experience Ability to use computerized maintenance systems such as Ultimo or
SAP/CMMS.
Ability and willingness to operate a forklift/fork truck; certification can be obtained if needed. Ability to perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance and complete work orders in a timely manner. Experience in manufacturing, plant maintenance, industrial maintenance, or a similar environment preferred. Experience maintaining production equipment such as blending and packaging equipment, pumps, valves, conveyors, hot oil systems, and steam systems. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical equipment issues. Experience or ability to perform fabrication, assembly, welding, cutting, and pipefitting. Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, and manual labor. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while also working effectively as part of a technician team. Moderate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, data entry, tablets, and digital work-management systems. Willingness to work different shifts during training. Preferred Prior forklift/fork truck experience- WILL
TRAIN IF CANDIDATES DO NOT HAVE IT
Industrial or plant maintenance experience. Experience identifying operational improvements and taking initiative on continuous-improvement projects. Experience with vendors, contractors, maintenance projects, and material ordering.
Pay:
$24.00 per hour
