Description Role Description:
This is a part-time, on site handyman role based in Warren, PA. The role will handle day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks across multiple properties, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs. Responsibilities include completing scheduled work orders, responding to urgent maintenance requests, performing routine property inspections, and documenting work completed. This role involves troubleshooting issues, sourcing materials as needed and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently. This role will interact regularly with residents and management and is expected to maintain a professional, respectful, and solution- focused approach.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in general maintenance and repair, including basic carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and minor plumbing. Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders and other equipment, commonly used in property maintenance. Effective communication with the ability to interact professionally with residents and management. Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work orders and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and willingness to travel between properties in the Warren and Bradford, PA area. High school diploma or equivalent; additional trade training, certifications, or relevant licenses are a plus. Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities management, construction, or a related trade is strongly preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, carrying materials, and working in varied weather conditions. Additional Details
