Candlewood Suites is a well-established hotel in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, known for our commitment to exceptional service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Job Description:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of our hotel. Your duties will include conducting routine inspections, performing various maintenance tasks, and repairing equipment and systems as needed.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, electrical repairs, HVAC maintenance, plumbing, etc. Respond to guest's maintenance requests promptly and ensure guests receive professional, efficient service and satisfaction. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment. Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields. Ability to handle physical workload. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
