Maintenance Electrician Job Description The Industrial Maintenance Electrician/Electro-Mechanical Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing all plant equipment. This role involves working with highly automated and specialized foundry equipment used in melting, molding, and forming castings. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair advanced industrial electrical, robotic, and pneumatic issues on all production equipment in a timely and efficient manner. Perform electrical and software troubleshooting of production equipment failures with minimal direction and guidance. Provide electrical and pneumatic maintenance support and training to operators to improve machine availability and performance. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on electrical, robotic, and pneumatic systems according to specifications. Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance for hydraulic and mechanical equipment issues. Wire and install new equipment throughout the facility; take projects from conception to implementation with minimal guidance. Utilize resources such as equipment manuals to execute more complex repairs and interface with equipment manufacturers on highly complex equipment issues. Train machine operators on daily maintenance procedures. Design, weld, and fabricate basic parts to repair equipment. Perform general plant, building, and grounds maintenance. Work Environment Work the 3rd shift from Sunday to Thursday, 10 pm to 6:30 am, in a 100k square foot foundry environment characterized by heavy manufacturing processes. The work setting is hot and dirty, but you will be part of a dedicated maintenance team with a lead on each shift, one electro-mechanical technician, one electrician, and one PM tech. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Wrightsville, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $70720.00/yr.
