Job Description

Overview Separation Technologies LLC (a Titan America Business) is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in York Haven, PA. This role is responsible for supporting operational excellence by performing preventive and reactive maintenance on dryer and separation equipment, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and safety of all plant systems. Responsibilities Perform routine preventive maintenance on dryers, separators, motors, pumps, and related production equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime. Execute reactive (break/fix) maintenance in a timely and efficient manner. Inspect equipment and systems to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation in MaintainX (CMMS). Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and efficiency. Assist with installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with operations and production teams to meet production goals. Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance work areas and tools. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred. 5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (preferred) Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and basic PLCs is a plus. Experience working with dryer and/or separation equipment is highly desirable. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends if needed.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift to 50 lbs. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and climbing for extended periods. Ability to work in industrial environments, including exposure to heat, noise, and dust.
