Responsibilities Conduct regular pool maintenance including water testing, chemical balancing, and cleaning to ensure optimal water quality and safety. Perform routine inspections of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators to identify issues early. Repair or replace faulty pool equipment using hand tools and power tools, ensuring minimal downtime for clients. Clean pool surfaces, tiles, filters, skimmers, and surrounding areas to maintain a pristine appearance. Maintain detailed service records of all work performed, including repairs, inspections, and chemical treatments. Communicate professionally with clients regarding service updates and recommendations for ongoing pool maintenance. Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair or servicing technical systems. Hands-on experience with pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, chemical balancing, and system inspections. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Prior service technician experience preferred; strong problem-solving skills are essential. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members.
