Apartment Maintenance Technician

Key Management is actively seeking highly motivated, reliable, and self-starting individuals eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Collaborating closely with the Property Manager and residents to identify and resolve maintenance issues within their residences. Maintaining accurate inventory control while adhering to the established operating budget. Preparing apartment homes for new residents by completing necessary repairs and renovations. Ensuring the aesthetic appeal of the property's exterior and amenities. Performing repairs on plumbing and HVAC systems as required. Executing drywall repairs, painting, carpentry, appliance repair, pool and general building maintenance. Demonstrating adaptability to changes in workflow while consistently meeting deadlines. Providing assistance to other properties as needed. Exhibiting exceptional time management skills. Participating in an emergency on-call. Key Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
