Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Building Maintenance Tech/ Handyman to join our team and ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of our facilities. The Building Maintenance Tech/ Handyman will play a critical role in preserving the overall functionality and appearance of our buildings.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections of building systems, equipment, and facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement. Execute preventive maintenance tasks, including but not limited to HVAC system checks, plumbing assessments, electrical system inspections, and structural evaluations. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, addressing issues such as leaks, malfunctions, and safety concerns. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC problems, implementing effective solutions to restore functionality. Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty equipment, components, and fixtures, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and equipment serviced. Perform regular cleaning and upkeep tasks, including painting, carpentry work, and landscaping, to maintain the building's aesthetic appeal. Courier responsibilities to and from Office/Warehouse and to various locations
Schedule:
Monday thru Friday 7am-5pm (Weekend availibility as needed)
License/Certification:
Drivers License (Required)
Pay:
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
