Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and versatile Handyman/Laborer to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks across residential homes. Your proactive approach and mechanical aptitude will ensure that building systems and equipment operate smoothly, creating a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants. Duties Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and building interior components to ensure optimal operation. Perform repairs on anything home related using hand tools. Assist with carpentry projects including repairs, installations, and maintenance painting to enhance facility aesthetics. Maintain private homes by performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing faults, and executing necessary repairs efficiently. Support building interior maintenance tasks such as drywall repairs, painting touch-ups, and minor carpentry work to uphold high standards of appearance. Provide excellent customer service by addressing occupant requests promptly and professionally while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in home maintenance, repair, and operations. Proficiency with hand tools, electrical work, plumbing repair, . Familiarity with residential painting techniques as well as general carpentry skills for interior projects. Knowledge of home equipment maintenance routines to prevent breakdowns and extend asset lifespan. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and effective teamwork. Leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards in fast-paced environments. Need to have communication and people skills!
