About the Opportunity WinnCompanies is searching for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at The Reserve at Wynn, a 270-unit Tax Credit housing community located in Warner Robins, GA. In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and parking lots. The pay range for this role is $22.00-$25.00 per hour. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:30PM with on-call duty required for one whole week every 3 weeks.
