Job Description
Maintenance Technician Full Time | Days | 8am
- 4:30pm
- 1 week per month on call rotation
Pay:
Starting at $25/hour Our Mission of Caring extends not only to the individuals we serve but also, to our employees. We are committed to Superior Staffing Ratios and require no mandated shifts . Responsibilities of aMaintenance Technician:
Perform routine facility maintenance (interior touch ups, painting, and completion of daily work orders as needed Minor electrical work (changing light bulbs/ballasts/running new outlets) Light carpentry Minor plumbing HVAC equipment maintenance (changing fan belts/motors/air filters) Seasonal grounds maintenance (shoveling/sanding) Qualifications for aMaintenance Technician:
High School Diploma required Experience and knowledge of boiler and generator operation preferred Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems preferred Why choose Saint Elizabeth Community?
