We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Maintenance Technicians to join our team. Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work orders and repairs in occupied and vacant residential properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities Complete maintenance work orders in occupied and vacant units Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and appliance issues Perform turnover repairs and unit preparation Complete preventive maintenance tasks Document work performed using company software and mobile applications Communicate professionally with residents, property managers, and team members Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance services Maintain company standards for quality, safety, and customer service Qualifications Minimum 2 years of residential maintenance experience preferred Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and appliance repairs Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor daily Reliable, dependable, and punctual Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications for work orders and time tracking Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on experience) Company vehicle provided for qualified candidates Paid time off Overtime opportunities Uniforms provided Full-time, year-round employment Opportunities for advancement into Lead Technician and Supervisory positions Supportive and growing team environment Schedule Full-Time Monday - Friday On-call rotation required Work Location Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed or contact us directly:
