Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to ensure all equipment and facility systems operate safely and efficiently. This role is responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs within a manufacturing environment, while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repair equipment to maintain optimal performance
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Work with vendors and service technicians as needed
  • Maintain spare parts inventory and identify equipment performance issues
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, and food safety regulations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Communicate maintenance, safety, and sanitation concerns to leadership
  • Support team members with proper equipment handling and usage
  • Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food production preferred)
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (including 480V 3-phase and control circuits)
  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting and repair
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
  • Experience with conveyors, welding, plumbing, and general facility maintenance
  • Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and building code standards
  • Self-motivated with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required
