HTI is Hiring - Paint Maintenance Technician (Automotive Manufacturing) HTI is actively seeking a skilled Paint Maintenance Technician for a leading automotive manufacturing facility. If you have strong troubleshooting skills, experience working with production equipment, and want to earn top pay on a stable overnight shift—this is your opportunity.

11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (occasional weekends required)

$35.77/hr

Automotive Manufacturing What You'll Do As a Paint Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping production running efficiently and safely.
You will:
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on paint lines and auxiliary equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Maintain and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and reduce downtime Plan and execute scheduled maintenance on machinery and facility systems Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment optimization Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and spare parts inventory Ensure all work is completed in compliance with HSE and safety standards Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues What You Need We're looking for a hands-on technician who can hit the ground running: Technician certification or strong experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, or pneumatics At least 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment Experience with large production equipment and automated systems Knowledge of robotics and paint application processes is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills for tracking and documentation Ability to work independently on an overnight shift What We Offer Competitive $35.77/hr pay rate Stable overnight schedule with consistent hours Opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing equipment Exposure to a leading automotive production environment Potential for long-term growth and advancement #INDPRO
