Maintenance Supervisor Are you a skilled technician looking for a dynamic role with a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork? We are seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to join our team in Camden, SC. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of plastic extrusion equipment and factory systems. Keeping our production running efficiently while delivering top-tier internal customer service is at the heart of what we do. As a core member of our maintenance team, your daily responsibilities will include: Perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, improvements, upgrades, and installations across assigned factory areas. Respond promptly to production calls for emergency repairs or downed equipment to minimize downtime. Execute service work across multiple specialized building and manufacturing systems, including Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Machine Servicing. Identify and resolve safety issues within production areas; strictly follow Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures and all safety rules. Partner with production, engineering, and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve maintenance issues efficiently. Assist with plant start-up and shut-down procedures as needed, ensuring seamless maintenance coverage for production at all times. Maintain a clean, organized 5S environment within our organization
Pay:
$27.00 - $30.00 per hour
