Job Description Shift:
Rotating Position Summary The Maintenance Technician III helps maintain and repair production equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently. This role involves a mix of mechanical and electrical maintenance. Not all responsibilities listed below will be assigned to every technician and duties may vary depending on the needs of the facility. We are looking for candidates with a strong maintenance background and a willingness to learn. Troubleshooting training will be provided. Responsibilities Depending on business needs, responsibilities may include: Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment issues Performing preventive and corrective maintenance Repairing and replacing machine parts such as belts, chains, bearings, and gearboxes Working with motors, relays, drives, and other electrical components Maintaining pneumatic and hydraulic systems Using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment Reading manuals, schematics, and technical documents Documenting maintenance and repair activities Participating in root cause analysis and safety initiatives Other duties as assigned Qualifications 3-5 years of industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, or electrical maintenance experience preferred Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment Associate degree in a related technical field is preferred but not required Bonus Skills - Not Required The following skills are a plus but are not required: Experience with HVAC systems Experience with 480VAC or 3-phase electrical systems Experience with PLCs, AC/DC drives, or industrial controls Pneumatic or hydraulic experience Basic machining experience SAP or computer maintenance system experience Don't have experience with everything listed?
