is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Tech to join our team! This position is responsible for performing Preventative Maintenance and Refurbishment functions throughout the community. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a
Maintenance Tech:
Exemplify at all times Community Standards of professionalism and following safety protocols. Responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and refurbishment tasks as outlined by our work order system or direct assignment from
Director of Plant Operations:
Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC trouble shooting. Prepare apartments for new move-in (painting, drywall repair, and light carpentry. Maintaining outdoor grounds to ensure walkways are safe and clear of hazards. Conduct safety checks on emergency systems, lighting, and facility equipment. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Trade School diploma preferred and 2+ years experience in general hotel, apartment or senior living maintenance. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Electrical / HVAC experience preferred Comfortable interaction with senior residents. Starting rates of $22+/hr depending on experience Full-Time with competitive benefit package.
