Inman, SC HTI is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to join our premier client on 3rd shift. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity where you'll play a key role in keeping our production equipment running smoothly. If you enjoy working on a variety of machinery, solving problems on the fly, and being part of a team that values your expertise, this role is for you. What You'll Do Perform both preventive and reactive maintenance on presses, injection molding machines, robotics, and plant equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems (no PLC programming required, just basic troubleshooting) Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to service and repair equipment Rebuild, overhaul, and install machinery as needed Partner with production supervisors and engineers to resolve equipment issues quickly Communicate with vendors and contractors for parts, services, and quotes Maintain a safe, organized work area and support ISO policies and procedures What We're Looking For 5+ years of multi-craft maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical required; hydraulic/pneumatic strongly preferred) Ability to repair, service, and troubleshoot robotics and manufacturing equipment Strong teamwork and communication skills Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work in non-climate-controlled environments (sometimes hot, dirty, or at heights using ladders/lifts) Forklift license required (or ability to obtain through Mack Molding) Schedule & Pay

Shift:

3rd shift, 12-hour schedule (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 2-3 rotating schedule)

Pay Range:

$25 - $33/hour, based on experienced

Shift Differential:
