Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs across various systems. Duties Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems, appliances, and mechanical equipment to prevent breakdowns. Diagnose and repair issues related to refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, electrical components, and mechanical devices using schematics and technical manuals. Perform appliance repairs and service technician tasks efficiently to restore functionality swiftly. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to troubleshoot complex systems accurately. Assist with construction or renovation projects by installing or upgrading equipment and infrastructure as needed. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference. Lead or collaborate with team members on maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Experience Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician in a commercial or industrial environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, appliances, or related equipment. Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools used in equipment repair. Knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning units and refrigeration is highly desirable. Experience in construction or building maintenance is a plus. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide or mentor junior team members. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
