Job Description
- Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Duties:
- Oversee the maintenance team when needed, providing guidance and support.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify potential issues.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues, utilizing skills in high voltage and low voltage electrical systems.
- Utilize schematics to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with facilities management to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and maintain all necessary records, including maintenance logs and inventory reports.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance budget and plan.
Experience:
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a residential setting.
