Maintenance Technician, Moncks Corner, SC

The ideal candidate will work in our Moncks Corner/ST Stephens SC locations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

Must have prior experience in general maintenance. Participate in all maintenance projects, as instructed by Property Manager. Working knowledge of HVAC systems to assist in maintenance, repairs and/or replacement. Perform minor electrical repairs on items, such as appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits, Perform minor plumbing work, such as toilet and sink repairs, replacing fittings, etc. Assist in replacing broken glass, tile carpet, screens, fixtures, appliances, and locks. Assist in painting interior and exterior. Perform carpentry work such as, installing doors, repairing windows, replacing and building shelves. Perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required Assist in custodial work in apartments and common areas as needed. Maintain grounds. Other duties as assigned.
