Maintenance Technician

What You'll Do:

Maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the community and grounds. Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests using strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Perform apartment turns and complete repairs related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, pool maintenance, and building exteriors. Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to uphold community standards and create an exceptional resident experience. Contribute to a positive team environment focused on quality service and operational excellence.

Requirements What we need:

A minimum of 2 years in multifamily apartment maintenance Knowledge and experience repairing plumbing, electrical, carpentry items, building exteriors and appliances Dedication to exceeding the needs of all customers with an ability to build and maintain relationships Demonstrate thoroughness, self-motivation and organization when accomplishing tasks Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends and on -call hours

Education, Licenses, and Certifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent EPA certification (or willingness to obtain) and substantial experience in making HVAC related repairs Still Undecided? We are names not numbers.
