Job Type:
Full-Time Royal Garden Resort HOA is seeking a dependable, motivated Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. This position is responsible for helping maintain our oceanfront condominium property and ensuring a safe, clean, and attractive environment for homeowners and guests. Responsibilities Perform general building maintenance and repairs. Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and common areas. Paint, patch, and complete light construction projects as needed. Assist with the maintenance of swimming pools and other property amenities. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition. Work independently as well as part of a team. Qualifications Previous maintenance experience is preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to provide excellent customer service. Preferred Qualifications South Carolina Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is preferred but not required. Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage is based on experience. Additional Requirements Pre-employment drug screening is required. Employment is contingent upon successfully passing the required drug test.
