Job Description We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our beach vacation rental team. You'll be responsible for keeping our properties safe, functional, and guest-ready.

Responsibilities:

Handle general repairs and maintenance Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, appliances, doors, locks, and other property issues Perform routine property inspections and preventative maintenance Respond to maintenance requests promptly Work closely with the property management and housekeeping teams Use a mobile app to receive work orders, communicate, upload photos, and document completed work Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Team player with a positive attitude Comfortable using a smartphone/mobile app Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work some weekends and holidays Pay $18-$22 per hour, based on experience. Hours Approximately 32-40 hours per week. Schedule may vary based on property needs and vacation rental season. Some weekends, holidays, and emergency after-hour calls may be required. Apply today!
