Floor Technician (Full-Time)

Pay:

$15•17 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM•5:30

PM Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Floor Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with floor care processes and equipment, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform carpet cleaning using bonnet and extraction methods Scrub, strip, seal, wax, and spray buff hard surface floors Operate high•and low-speed buffers (up to 24") and propane burnishers (up to 3000 RPM) Maintain and properly use floor care equipment, including buffers, burnishers, water extraction machines, and carpet cleaning equipment Follow all safety procedures and company protocols Ensure all work meets quality and cleanliness standards

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Floor Technician Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds Strong work ethic with a reliable employment history Team-oriented mindset with the ability to follow direction Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation
