Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Pool Technician and become the essential expert responsible for ensuring sparkling, safe, and well-maintained swimming pools. In this energetic role, you will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and deliver exceptional service to keep pools in top condition. Your mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills will drive the success of our pool care operations, providing clients with pristine pools they can enjoy all season long. Duties Conduct regular pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing surfaces, and emptying skimmer baskets to maintain optimal water quality. Perform comprehensive pool maintenance tasks such as water testing, chemical balancing, and filtration system inspections to ensure safety and clarity. Utilize hand tools and power tools to repair or replace pool equipment like pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators efficiently. Diagnose mechanical issues with pool systems and execute repairs promptly to minimize downtime. Maintain detailed service records of all work performed, including inspections, repairs, and chemical treatments. Assist with equipment installation and upgrades to improve pool functionality and efficiency. Follow safety protocols diligently while handling chemicals and operating machinery to ensure a secure work environment. Experience Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar pool maintenance role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various pool equipment components. Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and routine maintenance procedures. Hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools for equipment repair and installation. Knowledge of chemical balancing and water chemistry for safe swimming conditions. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions. $750.00 - $1,000.00 per week
