Job Description
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Install new appliances and mechanical systems with precision, following safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines. Conduct repairs on air conditioning units, HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, and other mechanical components to minimize downtime. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and system performance using maintenance management software. Operate company vehicles safely for on-site repairs or equipment deliveries as needed. Collaborate with team members to lead maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion while adhering to safety standards.
