Maintenance Technician - 2nd & 3rd Shift HTI is recruiting for Maintenance Technicians on behalf of a growing manufacturer in Seneca, SC. Due to continued growth and increased production demands, our client is adding maintenance professionals on both 2nd and 3rd shift. If you're a hands-on technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical problems, and working in a stable manufacturing environment, we'd like to speak with you. 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM What You Need 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems Basic electrical troubleshooting experience Ability to diagnose and repair production equipment issues Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Strong attendance and reliability Ability to work independently on an off-shift Preferred Qualifications CNC equipment maintenance experience CMMS experience Welding and fabrication skills Technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or a related field Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and Lockout/Tagout procedures What Your Role Will Look Like Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests Install and commission new equipment as needed Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives Work closely with production and engineering teams to keep operations running efficiently Follow all company safety policies and procedures What Success Looks Like The ideal candidate enjoys staying busy, takes ownership of equipment performance, and can quickly identify and resolve maintenance issues.
