Our mission is to improve indoor air quality and provide premium dryer vent cleaning / repair service for our customers with integrity, reliability, and a commitment to excellence. Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, high performer and detail oriented individual to join our team as a Dryer Vent and Duct cleaning Technician . This is a hands-on field position with opportunities to advance to a Lead Technician role . $18/hour: Training period, roughly first 30-60 days $19

• 20/hour: Meets attendance, attitude, safety, and basic job-skill expectations $21
• 22/hour: Can complete routine dryer-vent jobs and air duct jobs with limited supervision $23
• 24/hour: Can safely run a route alone, handle customers, can complete repairs/ installs , document jobs, avoid callbacks.

Assist Lead Technician with duct inspections,cleanings and repairs Operate and maintain cleaning tools and equipment Ensure job sites are clean and safe Communicate professionally with clients Follow safety guidelines and company protocols Drive company vehicle as needed to and from job sites. Requirements High performer position. You will earn more if you do more. Great attitude, positive thinking individual High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with no citations on driving record in the last 5 years Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Physically fit: able to lift, bend, crawl, and work in tight spaces Willingness to learn and take direction No smoking/vaping during work hours; phone use limited to breaks Must be able to properly use an extension ladder up to 32' Must be able to work on 1-2 story rooftops with proper safety equipment as needed Due to weight ratings of ladders used, applicant must weigh less than 225 lbs Preferred (but not required) Experience in air duct
