We are seeking a motivated, reliable Entry-Level Maintenance Coordinator to join our full-time team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in property management and maintenance. What You'll Do Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and routine property inspections. Schedule work with in-house staff, vendors, and contractors. Communicate with guests, homeowners, and team members regarding maintenance needs. Assist with preventative maintenance to keep properties guest-ready. Track maintenance work orders, inventory, and repair records. Respond to urgent maintenance issues as needed. Help ensure properties meet safety and quality standards. What We're Looking For Customer-focused communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of home maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances) is helpful but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate. Computer proficiency and ability to learn maintenance/property management software. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check.
