Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Personnel to keep our hotel property clean, safe, and running smoothly. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day preventative maintenance, fix guest room issues promptly, and ensure our facility meets high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Preventative Maintenance:
Execute routine room maintenance (RPM) schedules to keep guest rooms and public spaces in like-new condition.
General Repairs:
Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs for plumbing, electrical (outlets/switches), HVAC/PTAC units, drywall, and painting.
Grounds & Curb Appeal:
Maintain exterior grounds, parking areas, and seasonal outdoor needs (including snow/ice removal where applicable).
Pool & Spa:
Monitor chemical balances and keep daily logs (CPO certification is a plus!).
Guest Service & Safety:
Respond promptly to guest repair requests with a friendly attitude and keep safety equipment/logs compliant with local regulations.
What We're Looking For Experience:
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and
HVAC/PTAC
systems.
Problem Solver:
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Physical Capability:
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., maneuver heavy equipment, climb ladders, and stay active throughout your shift.
Flexibility:
Available to work weekends, holidays, and respond to occasional after-hours emergencies.
Requirements:

Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
