Maintenance Technician - Pivotal Health Solutions Performance Health Holdings, Inc. paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k) United States, South Dakota, Watertown Aug 15, 2026 Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and facilities within the manufacturing operation. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery, tools, and building systems to minimize downtime and maintain production quality. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on welding equipment, woodworking machinery, and shop tools
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on shop equipment
Maintain and repair facility infrastructure, including lighting, ventilation, and safety systems
Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations during all maintenance activities
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, parts inventory, and equipment performance
Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption to operations
Assist in installation and setup of new machinery and equipment
Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and implement corrective actions
Performs other duties as assigned Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or shop environment
Strong knowledge of welding and woodworking equipment maintenance
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
Familiarity with safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying shop conditions (heat, dust, noise)
