The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in various aspects of garage door installation, repair, and maintenance. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service. Duties Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial garage doors and openers. Perform electrical work related to garage door systems, ensuring proper functionality. Fabricate and customize components as needed for unique installations or repairs. Execute remodeling tasks related to garage door systems, including trim carpentry and frame carpentry. Hang doors accurately, ensuring alignment and functionality. Install fixtures associated with garage door operations. Provide maintenance person services as needed for various projects related to garage doors. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs on-site. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in electrical work, remodeling, or similar fields. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively. Skills in trim carpentry, door hanging, fixture installation, cabinet installation, and frame carpentry are highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers professionally. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred. Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry standards.
