Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities and manufacturing equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and reliable environment by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, troubleshooting complex systems, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to the overall success of our operations. Responsibilities Provides maintenance support for production operations. Observes, troubleshoots, and repairs production equipment and associated devices. Troubleshoots and repairs electrical equipment. Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts. Examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections. Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements. Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments. Repairs or replaces defective parts. Installs special functional and structural parts in devices. Lubricates and clean parts. Start devices to test their performance. Sets up and operates basic welding, drill press, land tools, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts. Initiates action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality systems. Inputs accurate information into Shopvue. Identifies and records any problems relating to the product, process, and quality system. Initiates, recommends, or provides solutions through designated channels. Verifies the implementation of solutions. Control further processing, delivery or installation of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory activities, including internal quality audits. Perform quality PM activity and complete PM's on time. Other duties as assigned. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
