Job Description

Join the Aphena Pharma Solutions Team as a Maintenance Technician! Do you enjoy troubleshooting, fixing equipment, and keeping production running at its best? If you're a skilled maintenance professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to have you on our team! What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our production equipment operating safely and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Troubleshooting and repairing production and facility equipment Performing preventive and predictive maintenance Installing, relocating, and setting up equipment Supporting production by assisting with equipment setup and training operators Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Working with PLC-controlled equipment (experience with PLCs and ladder logic is a plus) Maintaining accurate maintenance records Following all safety, quality, and GMP standards Working collaboratively with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime What We're Looking For ✔ High school diploma or GED ✔ Maintenance apprenticeship, technical training, or equivalent experience ✔ Experience with single-phase and three-phase electrical systems ✔ Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills ✔ PLC troubleshooting experience preferred ✔ Basic computer skills ✔ Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification) Schedule 12-hour rotating 2/2/3 schedule (36 hours one week, 48 hours the next) Overtime available as needed to support production.
