McCaysville Properties Position Overview:
This position supports both property remodeling projects and general maintenance needs across McCaysville Properties. The primary responsibility is to work as part of the remodeling crew on renovation, construction, and improvement projects. When needed, this role will also assist with maintenance issues within occupied and vacant units.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform remodeling and renovation tasks including demolition, framing, installation, finishing, and general construction work. Assist with property maintenance requests such as minor repairs, troubleshooting issues, and supporting emergency maintenance needs. Complete HVAC, plumbing, or electrical‑related tasks within the scope of experience and certification. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on job sites and in tenant units. Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager regarding project timelines, materials needed, and any issues encountered. Follow all company safety standards and procedures.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
Residential construction or remodeling experience. Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems. Strong problem‑solving abilities and hands‑on repair skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing project needs.
Compensation:
Pay is based on experience and skill level.
