Job Description
Cadence Cool Springs is currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician. We can use a Tech at any level of experience, but we are completely willing to train you on the job so long as you are willing to work hard. We love a great attitude, desire to be part of a team and anyone looking to start a new career in the maintenance field! Have you wanted to learn a maintenance job but weren't sure where to start? This is the job for you! You will be a full-time groundskeeper and 'extra set of hands' for maintenance jobs, all while training to learn the Maintenance Technician job! No experience is required, just a desire to work hard in a physically demanding job! We will pay for your certifications as part of training! If you have experience in the maintenance field of course you are welcome to apply! The starting pay will depend on experience and certifications. Pay shown is a range and entirely dependent on experience in the position (higher pay for experienced candidates, entry level pay for candidates who are new to the position). Bonuses are paid quarterly. As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for the following: Ensuring your property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds, clubhouse and buildings clean and properly maintained evaluating and repairing plumbing, appliance, electrical and HVAC issues Making apartment homes ready for move-in Delivering superior customer service and exemplifying professionalism at all times responding to customer service requests as needed handling on-call after hours for emergency repairs and maintenance issues
