One day you may be installing a dimensional logo in a corporate office. The next, you may be applying vehicle graphics, installing a wall mural, preparing custom signage in the shop, or helping complete a unique branded-environment project. We are a growing, full-service sign company located in Franklin, Tennessee. We are looking for an experienced sign-shop professional who enjoys variety, takes pride in the details, and would like to build a long-term career with a company that is investing in its future. A Day in the Life As a Sign Production & Installation Specialist , you will play an important role in bringing our projects across the finish line. This is a hands-on position that combines field installation with shop-based production support. If you thrive on variety, enjoy learning new skills, and like seeing the tangible results of your work, this role offers the opportunity to do something different from one day to the next. Depending on the project schedule, you may: Install vinyl graphics, wall murals, window graphics, decorative films, and vehicle graphics Install interior and exterior dimensional signage, lettering, plaques, and branded-environment elements Assist with sign finishing, assembly, trimming, weeding, taping, packaging, and other production tasks Load, transport, and unload signage and installation materials safely Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and other installation equipment Review measurements, drawings, proofs, and installation instructions before beginning a project Work collaboratively with our production, design, and project-management teams Communicate professionally with customers while working on site Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Occasionally travel or work outside regular hours when a project requires it This position is a strong fit for someone who enjoys being part of a small, collaborative team and is comfortable shifting between projects as deadlines and priorities evolve. What We Need To be considered for this position, you should have: 2 years of experience preferred Previous experience working in a sign shop A strong work ethic and a dependable, team-oriented attitude Pride in your workmanship and close attention to detail Good problem-solving skills and a resourceful mindset The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with others Experience using hand tools and power tools safely A valid driver's license and a clean driving record The ability to safely lift and carry at least 50 pounds Comfort working on ladders, lifts, and elevated work platforms A professional appearance and the ability to represent 12-Point SignWorks well at customer locations Flexibility to assist with occasional after-hours, weekend, or out-of-town installations when needed Experience That Would Be Especially Valuable The right candidate does not need to arrive with every skill listed below. However, experience in any of these areas would be a strong advantage: Vehicle-wrap and vinyl-graphics installation Interior and exterior commercial-sign installation Wall murals, window films, and architectural finishes CNC router operation Large-format printer or laminator operation Print production, finishing, or pre-press support Dimensional-letter and architectural-sign installation Boom-lift or scissor-lift operation Reading drawings, measurements, and installation plans Light fabrication, carpentry, or construction-related skills Opportunities for Growth We are looking for someone who wants more than a short-term job.
