Lead Maintenance Technician - Electrical Experience Required Memphis, TN $30.00-$35.00/hr Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM | Overtime Available We are seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee daily maintenance operations, lead a team of technicians, and ensure equipment and facility systems operate safely and efficiently. Required Electrical Experience (Must Have) Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting experience is
REQUIRED.
Must be able to diagnose and repair motors, motor controls, contactors, relays, and electrical control circuits. Hands-on experience troubleshooting 230V and 480V electrical systems is required. Ability to safely read electrical schematics, identify faults, and restore equipment to operation. Responsibilities Lead and support daily maintenance activities. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Assign, prioritize, and monitor work orders. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance. Train and mentor maintenance technicians. Maintain CMMS records and manage spare parts inventory. Support equipment installations and continuous improvement projects. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience. 2+ years in a Lead Maintenance Technician or senior maintenance role.
Required:
Proven experience troubleshooting 230V and 480V motors and electrical control circuits. Experience with PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC systems. Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. CMMS experience preferred. Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the shift. Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
