In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Your expertise will keep our equipment running smoothly, prevent downtime, and support a safe, efficient environment. We are a 50-year-old Memphis company offering an excellent starting pay scale, stability and benefits. Our expectations are high, including work ethic, attitude, reliability and willingness to follow our methods and leadership. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure peak performance. Install, troubleshoot, and maintain a variety of equipment including kitchen appliances, HVAC units, air conditioning systems, and other mechanical devices. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system performance logs. Collaborate with team members to support maintenance projects and ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC & amp; appliance technology, kitchen equipment maintenance, and general equipment repair is a plus. Experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO), including equipment installation and preventative maintenance routines. Construction experience or familiarity with building mechanical systems is a plus. Valid driver's license with the ability to operate company vehicles safely. Leadership qualities that promote teamwork and safety awareness among colleagues.

Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
